Well, actually, there are a few products: The Consulting and Training solutions and You - the client.

ATO Consulting has developed a powerful Training and Consulting concept which can develop a person to become the very best that they can be. Upon completion of the Consulting and Training, the new, empowered, developed and improved person; will become a powerful asset to their company, their organization, their own business and society in general.

Of course, I know that we are much more than products. However, if we research new product development and personal branding, we will discover how some of these definitions can apply to us: They give us something to focus our energies upon. When we believe in a product or a brand, we then stand by that product or brand and represent it in a more powerful and effective way. Here are some defintions of new products and personal branding:

New product:

Anything capable of satisfying needs, including tangible items, services and ideas.

Personal Branding:

Personal branding is basically the way you market yourself to the world. Your personal brand is what other people think of you.

Your external brand:

Your external brand is how you project yourself to the world. There is an element of choice here. You can decide what to say or write in order to convey a certain image. Your projected image will influence what others think of you and how they might choose to interact with you.



In these troubled, global financial situations, we need to realize that we can exert a positive influence upon these situations. It is up to us to solve these pressing problems. One of the ways to solve these problems is through the application of the ATO Consulting and Training solution.

I will give some brief definitions of a consultant and what a consultant does. After
I have done this, I will then answer the question from the title of this article:


A consultant is a professional who sells his expertise in a specific area (or areas)
to clients, helping them identify problems and solutions and advising them on
possible courses of action.

Problem solving is a very powerful tool which can be of benefit to businesses,
individuals and groups. It is a skill which can and should be developed and improved
upon. Here are some definitions of problem solving:

It occurs when an organism does not know how to proceed from a given to a desired
goal state.

A series of decisions to resolve a situation.

Is process of identifying and analyzing problems, discussing them and arriving at
workable solutions which in turn can be evaluated and subsequently improved upon.

It is a life skill because once you have learned it you can use it repeatedly.

You can use it anyime you have a problem to solve or a goal to attain.

You can use problem solving at university, home and in the workplace.

Here is my input on problem solving:

Problem solving is a universally sought after tool. Problem solving is required in
business and in life in general. Consultants are excellent problem solvers.




Consultants teach and train the staff of an organization. They bring in new ideas to
the business. Make changes to the work process of the organization.

Consulting includes any kind of advice giving.

Mgt Consultants are cataysts for change.

Consultants introduce new ideas, concepts, and methods to mgt.

Consultants are available to help clients reach their fullest potential.


I believe that everyone can benefit from the solutions offered through a consultant

How I see Consulting Evolving.

I envision consulting evolving into different styles, methods and ideas over the next few years and beyond. Change is inevitable, and why should consulting be any different?
I also see new areas developing for consultants to deliver their expert skills and knowledge in.

In times of economic problems, many entrepeneurially inclined people will use their creative and innovative thinking and reflecting to come up with new ways to branch out and market and sell their consulting services. This is a promising trend and one which should be encouraged and developed. With the constant advancement in technology, consulting solutions and the ways in which they are delivered will only improve over time.
